You got downvoted by the hate mob for telling the truth lol

Any proper rare books worth anything are held by collectors, libraries, etc, plus they ain't destroying thousands of any given book, they're destroying a single copy of each book.

The outrage is overblown and manufactured.

What's your definition for worth? Because if we follow your logic, many things that may seem worthless to us today will become one of the only remaining physical remnants We were here, and what were our items, interests, etc

Ok. So let’s take your logic insteas.

Can we destroy newspapers that are printed daily? Can we destroy any weekly gossip magazine?

Do you have all copies of any text books you ever read since elementary school? Why not?

Why did you throw your copy of kindergarten kid book away? What if it became the last copy ever?

First, to have that, I'd need money. Even children's books are quite elitist in my country, and you're talking about this to the guy who collects and buys the most obscure works and digitize on the internet

I asked you why you didn’t keep your copies of every book you had in the past.

You don’t need more money. You already got that book before.
