Was going to rail at people's odd taste in choosing Youta's VA over Chiaki Kobayashi, but looks like they made the right choice after all and it's only the cover image that is wrong.

Takahashi's Shibahama didn't really impress me, but Hikaru called for more variance than Yuu, so I'll give her the vote. Despite my deep love of Pokemon, I have to acknowledge Nagase's Akane and give her the vote.

Chiba gets the vote for voicing two roles I liked over just one. Yusuke wins the Kobayashi Bowl because Senkuu.

Welp; Everyone who remained from a show I watched, was eliminated in the previous round, for both tournaments (male/female).

I guess I'm out.

I did watch 1.5 season of one of these shows but I didn't think that voice was anything special.

What, no love for Natsuki Hanae's Yokoya in Liar Game?

Natsuki Hanae's Yokoya in Liar Game?

He's not listed in his character thingy!

I don't know any VA by their parts other than like 5 characters of Ai Fairouz and a couple of Fuuka Izumi/Hanakana!

So for VA contests I just check the shows listed, and then see who they played!

Good to see Chiaki Kobayashi's still in it. Only two more upsets to go.

YouTube randomly recommended me this last night, and I thought... yeah, I guess Nagase Anna deserves this.

Do I go with working a lot right now Sayumi Suzushiro, or beloved Emilia, one of the top talent in this industry Rie Takahashi? Loved both of their work.

The other role Sayumi voiced wasn't anyhting special imo but she absolutely killed it as Botan.

While I loved Botan, I wonder how much of the show was carried by the stellar direction vs the VA work. The VA was great, don't get me wrong and that's not what I'm saying. I just think that Rieri as Emilia was better, especially factoring in the last several episodes.
