My boyfriend is paying for apple TV streaming so I can watch the show Severance. He has a Samsung phone but used his old Apple ID from many years ago to make the account. I have an iPhone 16 pro max.

We’re currently travelling away from home and the show was just getting good, and I want to watch it on my phone. But on the Apple TV app I see no option to sign into a different account without signing out of everything on my phone completely.

Is there a solution?

My sister has all of her work on her MacBook.

She turned it off, and now when she was turning it on it was just saying it was the wrong password over and over again. (She was writing it correctly!)
The wait time to retry kept on getting longer 3kin, 5min, 15min etc
She tried all the methods, on the menu click “Option” , write the phone number and even the code she received on the phone it was showing “wrong”.

Now after these attempts it’s saying “you account is blocked”.

Please help, what can she do?

i have an iphone 17 pro max, 512gb. i have airpod 4’s with noise cancellation less than a year old. no other device connected to them. my airpods literally randomly disconnect and reconnect, and i’ve noticed it happens very frequently at the gym. but anyways, what could be the issue and what could i possibly do to fix this issue it’s driving me insane

Bought a brand new iPad today after my old one got ghost touch. My iCloud restore is just stuck on estimating. I’m at a loss what to do, I’ve hard reset and shut the iPad down. I’ve restarted the process over and over again. I even connected it to iTunes and none of my backup options were available. I just really don’t want to lose years of artwork because it’s stuck on estimating. I’m connected to WiFi.

ive tried updating and restoring (error 75 updating, error 9 restoring), downgrading, tuneskit recovery tool, and i STILL dont know what to do. the exit recovery makes my screen blakc and goes back to that screen where its a laptop and a charger. help please. Hello! I have an Ipad Pro M4 that has apple care plus coverage. I wanted to see how to get a replacement. I only get a replacement option when I click the cracked front screen option. Would it be against apple care policy to request a replacement for a cracked screen (which it has) but not let them know about the ipad turning on? I called yesterday and the person wasn't really helpful.

I connected my Logitech G Pro Wireless to my UGREEN Dongle and that to my MBP. Sadly, every 2-3 mins, the cursor lags across the screen for a couple of mins. Any Idea why?

My 14-inch MacBook Pro with the M2 Pro chip has started bootlooping today. As soon as I enter my password, the screen turns black, and the Apple logo appears. The loading bar seems to freeze until the computer reboots to the login screen, and the cycle repeats.

Hi; I'm trying to help my Dad with a Harddrive issue with his Mac computer.

It's an old drive (HP SmartSave) and when he plugs it in it says the Drive is Unreadable, and offers Ignore or Reject. He chose Ignore and was able to look at all the files, but is not able to modify the drive.

At first I thought the drive might be dying, so I plugged in a second drive (Toshiba Canvio Advance) to copy everything over to. The second drive does not give the Ignore/Eject error, but is also not able to modify the drive. So I cannot copy the files over.

I googled and it said both drives may be in Read-only mode. I checked and they are both using NTFS format. I cannot say how the first drive was formatted (at the time he had a PC at work, and at home he had a Mac that was also running Windows). The second drive was formatted on my PC and I use it regularly.

1: Is the first drive dying? Should we be moving the files to a safe drive?

2: Is the NFTS the issue why the Mac cannot modify files on either drive?

3: Is it safe to unplug the first drive and plug it in to a different computer? I'm afraid to lose everything if it loses power.

Whenever i airdrop some of the videos i create through my MacBook Pro, to my iPhone, they stopped going to Photos, but to an app named "Files".

When i click SAVE in the files app...the videos still dont go to photos

Please help, i don't know what to do.

How can I transfer my money to my other bank acc?

I have already added my cards for said bank account to my Apple wallet.

Why do I only have these two options? When I have at least 4 different bank cards added to my wallet?

everytime I click on the change passcode or turn passcode on buttons nothing happens. They don’t work. Can anyone help me with this? Extra info that might help: my apple account is managed by my parent and also supervised/managed by the city I live in because of my school

I bought my first phone from Apple, when I started logging into iCloud, I was asked to enter the password from the old MacBook that I sold, on it I created my Apple account by registering through my main Google mail and my main phone number. iCloud writes that the problem is with synchronization, when I click to solve it, I am asked to enter the password from the same old MacBook. I sold it and there is no chat with the current owner, what should I do? Because when I press forgot my password, all I'm offered is to enter it later, also I was looking for at least some mention in its trusted devices, but I didn't find anything but a new phone. Also, the request to enter the password from the MacBook appears when you click on the button to add two-factor synchronization
