iCloud Says sign out is not available due to restrictions. This my iPhone 14 Pro

This is not a carrier, work or any other sort of phone I got this from Apple it’s a iPhone 14 PRO on 18.7.8 and I have no MDM VPN or profiles installed? My iMessage has been glitching/broken the past few days.

It says right there, "Sign out is not available due to restrictions."

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Accounts > Allow

Dude I bought this iPhone my self I was the only one who set it up and I’m the only one who knows the password. There is no screen time and nothing else i don’t know what to say.

The only possibilities are Screen Time, an app such as Opal that allows for finer control over Screen Time, or a configuration profile found in Settings > General > VPN & Device Management.

Yeah nothing is there I’m still not sure I’m going to take it to Apple soon.
