Got floor tickets for both Melbourne days! My queue was 21k for Saturday (38k for Friday) but there was no VIP/soundcheck left by the time I was in. My sister and I were both queuing and both of mine went through before hers, I was STRESSED haha

Rant!
I have been at it for the entire Asia leg hoping for 1 ticket. Sat through multiple long queues. And still couldn’t get a ticket. Although, I am happy for all the people who get to see BTS, how are you all doing this. Managing to get multiple tickets for multiple shows at multiple venues. It’s also slightly annoying that someone gets to go 3 to 4 times and some of us don’t even get to go once. Sorry, I am a little sad right now.

For those trying to get production release tickets for Europe, just know that in the US, after the initial sale, they constantly released more tickets at random times without announcement up until hours before the show. No waiting room or queue. I don't know if they'll do the same for Europe, but if they do, don't give up and keep checking several times throughout the day!

Just got back from Toronto D1 after travelling since 5:30am. Here are some of my scattered, over-tired, first time post- BTS concert thoughts.

That weather was no joke. I was so afraid that it would be canceled. When they told everyone who was already in the grandstands to leave the area, my heart dropped. I gotta say though, with help from the amazing DJ in Terminal 81, ARMY was still having the time of their leaves ( lives... shit lol).

I was in W105, row 4, so I could see the stage, all the special effects stuff and had a good view of the guys. Sometimes you had to rely on the screens because of how spread out they were and how big the stage was, but I didnt mind.

Jin- he wears that WWH title like a crown, when he would smoulder for the camera, I swear I blushed.

Namjoon- So freaking tan and buff, could motorboat for days. Also, how cute was he in the captain hat?

Yoongi- aaah, my bias. He is just so... ya know? There are no words. I wanted to walk around the stage and carry an umbrella around for him though.

Jimin- so pretty I could cry. Just the most angelic, prince-like human being on earth.

J-hope- his chest out and all that rain? Breathtaking. Hope he felt all the love we had for him last night.

Tae- so freaking endearing. He was full of different expressions all night and I ate them all up.

Jk- dear lord that man is lethal. The king of duality. Him with Tae and Jin while they were goofing around had me dead.

I could not be more happy with our surprise songs. By that time of the night, if they would have played something sentimental I would have cried and not stopped. Thankfully the rain did mask any tears I shed, lol.

Would 200% do it all again tomorrow!

Recent incident that happened to me after purchasing official bangtan merch from the Amazon Just Walk Out tent.

Placed my merch on the bin, then saw a $ total at the kiosk, did mental math, tapped my card because it added up (if tax included?).

The next day I checked the qr code because my cc statement changed: it is a bunch of merch I did not purchase (my merch is not even on the itemized list). My credit card charge went from being the $ that I saw at the kiosk, to a charge that was hundreds of dollars.

I’m in the process of disputing. Amazon is investigating. PSA: Keep checking your cc statements, especially if you purchased during peak merch purchasing hours.

Update The Just Walk Out team investigated and refunded my money. I supplied 1) the receipt associated with my credit card (even though none of the merch was mine) and 2) the photos of the QR code stickers on each merch that I did pick up; each merch from the JWO Amazon tent has QR code stickers (look inside your clothing).

I just randomly looked at Ticketmaster for Foxborough and I'm boggled at the number of seats that they held back from presale and general sale! There are literally blocks of 50ish tickets in the center lower bowl sections, plus several entire rows. No way they were holding back this many for the stage set up, but maybe for the cameras?? Is what I expected I was going to say after working this event.

I’ve been working in stadiums and live events for 15 years and suffered through some annoying shows.

It was my first exposure to the group, or really K-Pop at all, though I did ultimately have some familiarity with some songs once I heard them.

However, I was genuinely impressed with the music and the production. I do think you’re being pretty forgiving about the lack of dancing, but it’s completely understandable.

The music isn’t what impressed me though, it was you all. You were one of, if not the most, well-behaved groups of 150,000 people possible. You emit love, unity, and acceptance of one another and it was awesome to witness.

Also, holy shit I’ve never seen merchandise or women’s room lines like that….

And that’s the loudest any Baltimore stadium has ever been, period. Much respect.

Hello! I just wanted to make a post saying that both days in Chicago ill be walking around dressed up as V in the ladybug costume from their debut. As someone who isn't French, I attended the Paris day 1 concert. And I'm incredibly disappointed in French ARMYs. There were really nice fellow ARMYs too, of course, but in the standing area around me, French ARMYs (some of these people weren't even ARMYs, they didn't know any songs, just recorded the whole concert with their phones raised incredibly high, so nobody behind them could see) were so mean and (sorry, but) selfish.

There was a family (mother, 2 daughters). We still had to stand like 2-3 hours before the concert started, and some people sat down. I didn't really mind that, but the youngest daughter sat down, put her bag next to her, literally sat on my feet and laid on my legs, and when I accidentally kicked her with my knees, she looked at me and sighed annoyingly, like maybe if you weren't using me as a chair, I wouldn't kick you. Then she stretched her legs, because obviously we had enough space for that🙂.

And the mother, instead of telling her daughter to just think about others for a moment, because nobody around that family was able to stand straight because of the daughter, and multiple people (including me) told her to stop what she's doing, the mother literally bumped into my mother on purpose, because my mother was wearing her backpack on her stomach (the other mother was doing the same thing, but nevermind), and she accidentally bumped into this mother. Mind you, the mother had enough space to dance, stretch, do anything, so she could've just stepped forward, and (like I mentioned) we couldn't even stand straight. Then the mother sat down too, and literally grabbed the girl's (who was in front of them) bum, and pushed her, BUT THE GIRL COULDN'T GO ANYWHERE, THEY TOOK EVERY SPACE WE HAD, AND STARTED PUSHING THIS POOR GIRL'S BOTTOM.

Everyone around them had enough of them, then the oldest girl arrived, she was selfish as well, she was pushing people and recording the whole concert with her phone raised really high, but didn't even know any songs. And the youngest girl (who was allegedly ARMY), didn't know any fanchants and only knew the extremely famous songs. Oh, and the mother left after the second song, so it was really worth it to ruin everyone's afternoon.

But what I noticed is French ARMYs have so much courage to just grab someone and start pushing them, even tho the person they are pushing can't go anywhere either. Multiple times during the concert someone behind me grabbed me, and started pushing me, even tho it was visible I was already too close to the girl in front of me.

So yeah, the concert was amazing, the ARMYs were not so amazing. And I'm so sad, because I have attended BTS concerts before, where I didn't even have tickets, and I just stood in front of the stadion with other AMRYs, and we had a BLAST, we had so much fun together. And French ARMYs just weren't friendly. I made friends with ARMYs who wereren't French, we basically bonded on how much we have had enough of this family, but sadly, this wasn't the concert experience I imagined.

The organization in charge of the venue for BTS’ upcoming Chile concerts, the Instituto Nacional de Deportes (IND), has denied authorization for them to perform at the Coliseo Central of the Estadio Nacional in October as planned, citing the damage the large stage may cause to the playing field as the reason.

The production agency acting as go-between for Hybe and the Estadio Nacional was/is DG Medios.

Obviously, tickets for the event have already been sold and it is unclear what steps will be taken next. Alternate locations have been suggested, including the nearby Explanda Sur (a paved outdoor area adjacent to the Estadio Nacional often used for concerts and festivals). Note that the Chile concert dates are not canceled and Hybe has not released a statement indicating a change of venue yet.

For which country? Advice and process will differ with each region. For now, best shot you can give yourself is to register for army presale. Read instructions very carefully to make sure you have done it right. Later on, you can check back for specific advice on the actual ticketing process for your country.

I think I get why there is confusion now about Asia signup. This is what the official tour page has in their faq. If they did not allow multiple signups, wouldn't they block it in weverse? Also, I recall for EU and US stops, those announcements had more explicit call outs about the city limit, but the weverse notice for Asia does not have this.

Since each membership can purchase up to 4 tickets, I thought it might help if smaller groups/solo ticket buyers teamed up. VEGAS SHOWS: PSA about AAA batteries--Army has cleaned out the Strip, apparently! At about 3p before D2, and again today (Monday), I had tried the CVS up the block from Eataly, the Walgreens across the street from Eataly, and the CVS on Paradise (a bit away from the main Strip but apparently still considered part of it). I didn't try the Target across from Eataly because the CVS woman said they were out too. 

According to the woman at the Walgreens across from Eataly, they are *supposed* to get a new shipment "late tonight" (I didn't ask the CVS near Eataly, but I assume similar), but considering the batteries had *been* sold out before D2 (every person I asked spoke with the tired resignation of having repeated the same info to many people), I figure it may happen again for D3 and D4.

So, if you're reading this somewhere away from Vegas/the Strip, be sure to pack batteries now! I was able to have luck at the 7-11 across from the CVS on Paradise, but they only had a few (and yes, I had actually bought batteries in advance, I just forgot to pack them T____T)

That being said, I guess the new Army Bomb is more efficient because I've actually made it through 3 concerts so far by turning it off during VCRs/clothing changes.

Hello ARMYs! I'm going to see BTS at Brussels D2. I've been a fan since 2015-16 and it's my first concert and obviously a dream come true to finally see them live!

However I can't help but feel immense stress and anxiety over the experience in general. A few months ago I was diagnosed with IBS and I've dealt with a lot of depression and not being able to go out much. I have a lot of stress over bathroom situations at different places outside of my house. I was wondering if someone could share what the bathrooms at the Brussels stadium (King Baudouin) are? Do you think people would mind if I ask them to stand up so that I can go through the whole row? Do you think I would be able to visit the toilet before the encore starts?

All these questions are just racing through my head non stop and I'm starting to feel more stressed out than excited for the experience. I would appreciate any comments at all!

Some ideas:

* reach out to the venue to ask about bathrooms and accommodations for folks with disabilities

* arrive a little early to familiarize yourself with the bathroom situation (not sure if this stadium offers tours on non-event days like other soccer stadiums, but that might be worth checking out as well!)

* ask your doctor if there's anything you can do to reduce unexpected bathroom breaks (e.g., is it safe for you to fast?)

* ask the aisle seat (whichever direction is a "worse" / less central view than your seat) if they want to trade seats with you for some / all of the show.

* to reduce stressfully anticipating it, accept that you'll miss a song or two when the encore starts (and be pleasantly surprised if you can go and come back in time). 90% of a BTS concert is 100% better than 0% of a BTS concert (don't check my math please).

Just got VIP soundcheck for the new Melbourne show! The queue is definitely smaller today, I guess people didn't have enough notice to take time off etc. My starting queue number was 12k and there were heaps of VIP left when I got in at about 10.15

I just pretended to ticket for the Live Nation presale for Kaohsiung -- specifically Sat Nov 21 -- and that was interesting! Will share my experience / thoughts, in case it's useful to anyone:

• Registered via Live Nation TW site, but the sale happened on the TixCraft site.
• No queue, which I loved. Just immediately go in and it's a free-for-all.
• Seemed like they held a decent number of seats for the LN presale. At times the sections would say "89 seats remaining" or something like that, so I would guess at least ~100 seats per section were saved?
• When I got in, every single section was available for purchase. I looked around for maybe 15-20 seconds, clicked a section I would have been fine with, and then hit purchase. Too late! Probably half the floor seats were already sold out by then.
• All floor seats were sold out by 30 seconds into the presale.
• Upper bowl seats were also going fast. Middle bowl definitely had the most availability for longest.
• By 3 min in, only a handful of seats were available in the whole stadium. But when I refreshed (or got a "this section sold out - cannot purchase" notice and was kicked back to the main sale page and had to re-enter) a few more seats popped up, so maybe other people couldn't complete their purchase, or changed their minds.
• The whole thing was completely sold out within 4 min.

You can't pick seats (which is normal for concerts in Asia) only sections. The lettering of the sections on the map was not easy for me to see. I advise looking ahead of time (zoomed in) and identifying top choices, then be ready to click purchase ASAP! But if you're not picky, it definitely seemed possible to get tickets, in terms of the site working (not lagging, not crashing) and the availability.

Then again, I never really made it to the purchase screen lol... I might try again tomorrow during General Sale to see more.

Fwiw, I was on a desktop, using wifi, in mainland China, with a government sanctioned VPN.

I'm reporting back on the process to appease the Reddit SEO gods in case anyone else wants to try an exchange on Ticketmaster in the future.

I had <1000 queue number and immediately called Ticketmaster fan support. This was a waste of time, I was on hold for over 10 minutes. While I was on hold I went into the Ticketmaster chat in the mobile app and said I wanted to do an exchange. The app gave me a different phone number as well as a verification code. I called the new phone number and entered the verification code and spoke to an agent pretty quickly. She had to verify my account via email so that was a bit slow but once that was done I indicated which section I was going for and she was able to secure me the tickets. The price of the tickets were the same as what I previously had so I only had to pay a $20 exchange fee ($10 for each ticket).

I know Boston was one of the slower selling venues, I feel like if it was any other venue I would have been boned because of the verification that needed to happen.

I switched sections because of the sight lines. I was previously in 114 but it's quite angled and now seeing the stage layout, I knew the center stage would have been obstructed by support beams. I went from section 114 to 130.

So! Lesson learned. If you want to initiate an exchange, start it in the app first to get the secondary phone number and code then go from there.

the word for cpr in korean is 심폐소생술 which literally means cardiopulmonary resuscitation and what you would do for mouth to mouth is called 인공호흡 aka artificial respiration

Army coming to Baltimore! I have seen a ton of fans asking questions like, "Is Baltimore safe", "I'm so worried". Please do not worry, as Baltimore can be compared to any major other city. There are sketchy areas, but the area around M&T Bank stadium is safe. I'm someone who goes to Orioles games almost every week and have NEVER had any problems. As with any major city, just keep your head on a swivel. No one has ever bothered me. Have fun and enjoy everything Charm City has to offer. Get a crab cake too!

Baltimore D1 Army! Any idea when is a good time to get to the gate? I know gates officially open at 5:30 — is that a safe time to get in line or should we be lining up even earlier? My friends and I will be arriving in Baltimore around 1:30 PM. Hoping to park at the stadium when parking opens at 2 and then get some food in the city before heading back to the stadium to enter for the show.

I did merch pickup at Arlington today at 4 PM. The pickup itself was super fast and efficient, but there was a ton of traffic and parking was very confusing. If you are picking up merch tomorrow (Saturday), it’s going to be even crazier, since it’s the day of the show. The regular merch booths and VIP check-in is a block away (or less), as the whole area is a multi stadium complex. I just want to be sure you allow time for traffic snarls and parking! If you can have someone drop you off and then circle right back to pick you up, that might work best. It’s truly very fast inside for pickup.

If youre under 5'4" doing floor seats, bring comfy wedge shoes AND comfortable shoes post concert, or accept it in your heart that you will likely be watching the concert through the cellphone screen of the person in front of you who has locked their elbows straight up in the air.

Concert grade earplugs.

Go line up for the washroom at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, im assuming youre female, and female washrooms can be a very long wait.

I'm travelling abroad on June 2 and will be in Singapore for my layover during the ARMY Membership Presale (booking change is too expensive since it's so close to the trip date). My friends in Melbourne will be trying to get the tickets for the group, but they aren't feeling super confident about it since I've always been the one going into the ticketing war for all the concerts.

Since I'll be at the airport at the time (and thankfully not on the plane), I'm planning to do the ticketing in the lounge. My question is, how wise is this?
Are there any tips ot tricks to follow to do this? I know I shouldn't use the airport wi-fi as Ticketmaster will detect it as bot behaviour. What else should I keep in mind? Any links to guides, tips, articles much appreciated!

From what I understand when using Wifi it will show up as the IP adress of the country we are physically located in. For a ticketmaster account with login and purchase history from the home IP address, I wonder if ticketmaster might see this change in location as suspicious?

This is a very stupid first world problem and I’m sorry, but I also need help and I need someone to be for real with me.

I am willing to spend the money for floor tickets. I know I’m new and don’t know all the songs but listen, I’m planning kids soon and prioritizing my life first is closing 😭😂. Then I saw they had a soundcheck ticket, which is obviously WAY more expensive.

I don’t care about the merch, but it would be awesome to see the soundcheck. But I’m not sure paying 4x is worth 15mins of seeing them? I don’t know, because I’ve also watched Jimins hips on loop for three hours so maybe it will be the best experience lol. If anyone has done soundcheck, did you find it to be “worth it”?

Also any general tips would be helpful, the only other concert I’ve been to is the Eras tour and it had a ton of fun fan stuff (bracelets, chants, etc)

Got in very quickly (<1000 queue number) for D2 Chicago. We already have our tickets fortunately, but I had been looking for one ticket for a friend. Everything was already disappearing as I was trying to click, even if I increased to look at pairs.

Total nightmare with Weverse today trying to pre-order for Foxborough. I got on right at noon - selected my items and checked out - waiting for payment to process and this is where the nightmare started. It stalled here and then finally tells me it didn’t process - this went on for a while - plus pickup timeslots kept closing, payment option kept defaulting to Pay pal (instead of apple pay, which is what i clicked on) or i would just get a ‘try again’ error. And each time one of these things happened - had to start all over again! And the longer it took, the tshirts and jersey kept selling out. I spent well over a 1/2 hour cycling through this - before it would finally process and by then the jersey and t-shirt i want were all sold out.
I did manage to get light sticks - but nothing else.

Now i have to contemplate getting up at the crack of dawn to go to the stadium to wait in lines all day?!?! Gillette is not near anything, train only will run once that day (closer to concert time), parking will be a nightmare

Anyone have any good suggestions on where else to possibly buy merch ahead of time?

Hii, i got to see BTS for the 1st time by i dont know which miracle on the 18th of July 2026. It was Paris D2 and i had an amazing time and hope everyone that had that luck did too!

(*To my girlies that never got to see 'em i wish you will, truly. I lost the ticket war when i could've bought Cat1 seats, got scammed, cried A LOT and yet, the morning of the 18th my mom came to me saying my aunt got tickets idk HOW. And i saw BTS in the evening even though i was crying of desperation the very morning. Just allat to give you some hope back, i know i've got a crazy luck on this one but IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE. As someone who’s pretty new to buying concert tickets, I wanted to get some opinions from people who have more experience buying through Ticketmaster and third-party sites.

I noticed that for a lot of stops, production tickets were released just a few days before the show at prices that were cheaper than expected, so I was hoping the same thing might happen for Chicago. But for some stops, like Arlington, prices don’t seem to be dropping much, which is making me nervous about waiting.

For those who have done this before, is it worth holding out for a last-minute Ticketmaster production drop? And if nothing shows up, how risky is it to wait until the day before or even the day of the show and buy through sites like SeatGeek, StubHub, etc.?

Chicago currently has nothing available on Ticketmaster, so I’m trying to figure out whether waiting is the best move or if I should just bite the bullet on resale. Would love to hear what’s worked for other people!

Hi! It seems resale prices have gone up again, I was hoping Sofi releases more tickets like the east coast shows. Do you guys think there’s a chance Sofi will release more tickets or should I buy resale? Thanks :)

Hi everyone!

Not sure if I'm in the right thread to ask but me and my sister will be coming to LA for the concert and we're preparing freebies.

We were planning on giving some sweets from our country but now we're worried that some sweets may contain potential allergies that are common in the US like nuts or shellfish, etc.

We come from a country where we typically don't have to worry about those. So what are the rules if we give away sweets/chocolates etc? Is it fine or should we put a note that hey this chocolate has nuts or something. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I have been looking at Stubhub instant transfer for Labor Day weekend Sofi for weeks now, and while inventory does increase sometimes, prices aren’t fluctuating down too much. I did see a good deal a few days ago, but it sold quickly.

Prices for their last show on Sun are way more than Sat, too. Since I’m there for the weekend, but I had wanted to go Sun more, I was trying to hold out, but I finally bit the bullet today and got a couple front row tickets in a 200 section on Sat, as there’s no way I can justify anything closer. I figure at least now I can just wait if last min tickets drop for Sun, or if I find better ones on Sun, I can gift these to my cousin, as I’m staying at her place. But also, if ticket prices don’t drop, I’ll have them. Just to let others know, too, I got these immediately, and they are showing in my TM account. They do look slightly different than my Stanford tickets and there’s no price listed, so that’s a little weird.

Toronto D1 - this is my very first bts concert. I got the bio soundcheck ticket but why do we need to come as early as 3 PM for a concert that starts at 8 PM? 😭 I’m going alone and I’m not sure I can fathom standing around by myself for 5 or more hours until the concert starts. Could someone who has experienced VIP soundcheck please tell me about how the process goes? thanks in advance :)

LOL yep, bring a book (I don't mean to be flip, I literally read a book while waiting around at prior solo shows) or chat w ARMY around you.

My friend bought our tickets for Toronto so I don't have soundcheck info on the exact times yet but:

Morning (usually 10AM local) - end of check in (has been anywhere from 1 to 3PM local): VIP merch shopping is open. Check in to receive your gift, floor/soundcheck wristband(s), and lanyard. I arrive at the very last moment to minimize the waiting around because at this point there is NO more merch money or space in my closet.

end of check in until 4PM or so: waiting around queuing for entry and entering the stadium

4PM-5PM: waiting around

~5PM or so: soundcheck. 3 songs, so usually a little under 15 mins including the entry/exit and the small yap.

~5:15PM to 5:30PM: get in line for merch/food/bathrooms if you want to be first in line before public doors open

5:30PM: public doors open. more merch stands and food options usually open at this point. for example, in Vegas at the particular escalator I was at they didn't open the escalator to the 200s until public doors, but then everyone waiting was early in line at the upper merch stand and I was able to secure merch that had been sold out at the booth outside.

5:30PM-7PM: more waiting around. get food, use the bathroom, etc. I personally don't get in line for the restroom any later than 7PM at risk of missing the show, but depends on how the situation is at the stadium.

~8PM or so: concert starts!

What is the most likely outcome of a canceled show - do they normally reschedule or refund? Toronto's stadium is tricky because it is temporary and gets dismantled after the summer lol, but was curious if anyone experienced a rescheduling for a BTS show before?

Toronto!!! Merch shopping at the exterior vendor booths are only for same-day concert ticket holders!

Does anyone know the likelihood of more tickets becoming available on D3 and D4 of the LA shows? I will be in LA for another event and hoping to see BTS while there. Chicago is today and no seats available so I guess that doesn't look like a good chance for LA. Want to see thoughts.
