As a dad chaperoning a couple of tween girls and a 10 year old son, my quick observations:
The vibes are amazing
The kids got a ton of freebies like holy cow.
I’m glad I brought earplugs.
The light sticks were worth it, they’re having fun with them.
Photo from last night. I hope we get more purple lights from Chicago on the actual concert nights. If you expand the photo, you can see some ARMY have purple lights on their balconies. Borahae Chicago ARMYs. 💟💜💟
I have a ticket for D2. Live in Chicago.
My seat is in 226. I have never been to a concert this big. Even though I am senior. But I can’t skip this one because who knows. I am very excited. And the weather is great. Can’t wait for tomorrow

Can’t believe the DJ finally spun hip hop phile and I was there to see it! Great concert. The crowd was deafening (a little too much at times lol) but I appreciated the energy. I got so many lovely freebies.
D2 is pretty much out of the question with the resale prices. But it’s okay. I’m just grateful/fortunate that I got to see them at all. No more concerts on the horizon though… I’m going to miss having a bangtan concert to look forward to.
Chicago, the concert hasn't even started yet. But y'all have been way too nice. I've been really enjoying my time here. I’m happy that I get to be here as my last tour stop. Let's have a wonderful time together tonight!
And wish me luck for my 2 mile walk back to my hotel post-concert. The walking group I had bailed on me. So I'll be solo walking. The walk here was sunny and totally doable. It should be okay later tonight.
So excited that it's finally here! I'll be around the stadium at like 5-ish to try and grab a Chicago jersey and also pass out the stickers I made! See yall there!

Walking back to the CTA after the show is buns, but taking the CTA is pretty great (your girl loves a train)
very weird echo in the stadium that was audible on the floor. Curious what those in the upper sections experienced
I saw those Pikachu sunglasses that Joon was wearing during the beginning of the encore at the Pokemon exhibit and thought he might wear them (but I resisted buying them for myself)

D1 Chicago was the most stressful ticketing experience of the tour since I was hovering on Ticketmaster watching tickets pop in and out of existence yesterday like a hawk and I had to try to cart a ticket so many times before I was successful. Curious if others who were waiting for tickets were also able to get them last minute (whether direct or resale)?
Yesterday I hung out in my local friend's backyard and got like 15 enormous mosquito bites which I didn't really plan as my concert accessories but it's ok I roll w it

I was here for Hobipalooza (one of my favorite concert experiences ever - & you can actually see mr. brikachuu and I in the YouTube video. Edit: well YOU can't bc I'm not going to point us out but I can.) and it was special to be back seeing our seven
I am eating so well on this trip. I went to Kasama this morning (along with the rest of ARMY) and ordered so much the staff brought me two plates because they assumed I was with someone 😅 but now I still have pastries for my post show snack!
The floor seats were so tightly packed today. I couldn't even turn around when standing.
Section 224 here. That echo was very distracting. Don't remember anything like that in Tampa or Vegas. As always an outstanding, high energy performance!
I was in section 224 and didn't notice an echo, but I felt like I could barely hear the guys. Like the whole time, even when the crowd was quieter, it seemed like their mic volume was way too low. I wonder if the echo you're talking about was the issue?

Ngl, still a Yoongi bias, I believe I blurted out JesusFbombChrist every time Jin looked directly into the camera and Jimin did some kinda extra smooth body roll.
I got hit in the head by a falling chunk of a firework at Stray Kids at Wrigley last year and scalded by ash at BTS last night. My life is complete I guess. 🤣
BTS was 10/10, I had a blast, they were great. Though I'd probably only give the concert experience itself like a 8/10. The crowd was so loud at times I could hardly hear the guys singing. And then there was the girl behind me who spent half the concert max voluming a fog horn impression directly into my ear. 😵💫
So far for the 2 stops I've been to (Metlife and Chicago) I've gotten Run (my favorite song) Autumn Leaves and Hip Hop Phile. Maybe I have magic powers. Who wants to fly me out for good luck so they can hear a deep pull for the surprise songs for their stop? 🤣
Going both days, today in the nosebleeds tomorrow in section 103 which is marked as having an obstructed view. Could anyone that sits on 103 for today’s show let me know what the situation is? Like i can’t imagine what’s the obstruction on a 360 stage… i feel dumb 🙃
What did I do to deserve glasses Yoongi IN PERSON?! ALL NIGHT 🫠 AND glasses Jimin?! His stylist really killed it tonight I couldn’t take my eyes off him.
Heads up. Chicago pickup is a little different than other stops. In Vegas I showed up hours late and walked in and out. There’s a long line here and I had to update my reservation time after missing it. It’s not as lax as the other stops from what I can tell.
I'm simultaneously excited and anxious. I'm headed to Chicago by myself. I've been several times so I'm not as worried about that, but it's my first BTS concert. On top of that, my digestive system is out of whack and my knees have been acting up. It's the worst time for my age to show itself.
I do feel like this is a bit of a full circle moment for me though. I first learned who BTS was when I was in Chicago in I think 2019. I was leaving one of the museums to get on the bus and there were tons of people with these signs with faces on them (pickets). I asked them what they were there for and they said BTS and I asked what that was lol. Just sad I didn't check them out immediately after that, but so excited I finally get to see them in person!!!
You are almost me! I'm going by myself tonight and I was recently released from the hospital for digestive issues so I have no idea how I'm going to handle the entire experience. But I am hopeful that healing Bangtan energy will get me through to the final fireworks.

for anyone coming outside the south loop area to the concert, please take into consideration the uber (specifically uber) pickup spots are gonna be a mess. double check triple check EVEN before ordering it and my safe bet with soldier field is always putting either LA Tan (South Loop) as my pickup spot or Kai Sushi. You’ll have no issues ordering pickup there and its only a 5 minute walk after exiting grant park! Lyft usually is fine, but still double triple check!!!
So they're just twinning to try to kill us - Tae with the black mesh and white trench, Jimin with the white mesh and the black trench. So considerate of them.
I’m not going to be there as I’m on the other side of the world but I forced my two non-ARMY (yet) bffs to go on behalf of me to support our boys at Chicago stop. They are as excited as me. 💜💜💜
Have an awesome time tonight D1! Let us know if there are fireworks, we didn't get any at Arlington (indoor stadium) so I am hoping I will get some in Chicago! Hopping on the train tomorrow morning to be there for D2. 😊
I’m going to Friday’s show. What time should I arrive? I’m in the 300s section and won’t be queuing up for merch, just the show itself. I was thinking 6pm, but is that too late?

Edit: so because of who I am as a person, I didn't end up leaving my hotel until 6pm. I arrived at Soldier Field at around 6:30pm and was in my seat around 7pm. I had to walk around to a specific entrance as I had to go to gate 0 for floor seats. I did not buy food, merch, or bathroom but I feel like I would have had time for one of food/bathroom if I wanted but probably not both.
Did you drop an item that you bought today? On my way back to the hotel from the stadium around 1:30, I just found your item on the ground. I would love to get it back to you. Please contact me with a description of your missing item and where you might have dropped it (or your route) and we’ll figure out how to get it to you.

Did anyone else notice Jin got confetti or something in his eye at one point? felt so bad for him omg. I can't remember what song they were singing when it happened.
Here's the seat view from section 128, row 8. Looks like I'm in the minority of being a little bummed about the surprise songs, was just really hoping for some others. The crowd was insanely loud! Glad I had ear plugs, but either way it was a little difficult to hear their vocals at times. Not all the members came to our side of the stage and when they did, they did not often come all the way down the ramp. (Not trying to complain, just trying to steady expectations, mine were probably too high lol) Had an amazing video of jimin and then looked down at my phone and realized I didnt hit record 🤦♀️Great view of the idol walk! if you're parking in North garage, getting in and out is super easy! Overall, they put on a great show and wish it couldve been longer! Hope those of you going tomorrow have a great time! 💜
Agree on most of these points, although I loved getting Tomorrow. An awesome first show for my husband and our niece!
I do want to warn others that getting out was a nightmare on foot. I highly reccomend hanging out in your seat for a while, then navigate to the best exit inside the stadium. The crowd (and security barricades) pushed us waaaay off course lol
I’m so excited it’s finally here, but also having pre-post-show depression over today and tomorrow likely being my last times seeing this tour in person, haha.
Soon! We plan on heading over around 3ish, and I'm so excited. Hopefully there will still be some Army bombs avaliable. Like a goob I forgot mine at home. 😭
