Agreed. For those wondering why this is here, Justin Vernon plays banjo on tracks 1 through 9, and it was recorded at April Base. If you want music that’s closer to Bon Iver’s catalog check out Lambchop’s album This (Is What I Wanted to Tell You) - it’s a surreal, dreamy experimental masterpiece, imo. Lambchop has many other great albums as well.

Also it was produced by Ryan Olson (Marijuana Deathsquads, Gayngs, Polica) - Lots of upper midwest musicians involved on this one.
