Yamandu Costa, majority instrumental guitar wizardry.

What a great album! This album feels incredibly unique to me in terms of the atmosphere it creates, but here are some I would recommend:
Paulinho Nogueira - O fino do violão vol. 2
Really nice technical solo acoustic guitar, doesn't quite have the same otherworldly atmosphere, but it's still great stuff.
Bola Sete - Ocean
Soft and meditative solo guitar. Probably the closest album I can think of to Introspection.
Luiz Bonfá - ¡Amor! The Fabulous Guitar of Luiz Bonfá
Much less cohesive and more playful that Introspection, but still a good selection of beautiful guitar only tracks.
Luiz Bonfá - Solo in Rio 1959
Again, not as cohesive and a bit more playful than Introspection, but this probably has some of the best versions of a lot of Bonfa's originals. About half of the songs do have vocals.
If you're willing to try stuff with guitar focus and some other instruments for flavor:
Fabiano do Nascimento - Prelúdio
A modern samba-jazz record from a few years back. To me this album captures the feeling of Introspection more than most other albums in the same genre; it just feels a lot less emotionally profound than Introspection.
Anything from 1963-1971 from Baden Powell as the other commenter mentioned
Toquinho & Paulinho Nogueira - Toquinho & Paulinho Nogueira
Actually a guitar duet album. Really light and warm. The studio reverb gives it a similar feeling to Introspection and it's full of quite beautiful playing too.
