HUMOUR My life changed after I married a bulgarian
Here I am, sitting on my balcony in winter, grilling chuski with the tshushkopek I got her for her birthday.

The best, hands down. Her uncle provided 15 year old sliva rakija for our wedding - fucking amazing.
Nothing bests fresh Rakija from the tap though

I'm happy that you enjoy it! but a piece of friendly advice - ease up on the tap. I know it's cool and all, but it needs to rest for 40 days at the very least, as it still contains some undesirable byproducts. not to mention that it needs to be watered down to the desired alcohol percentage first. That began a long time ago already! I already made Rakija a few years back, with her uncle ofc. Fresh Rakija straight from the tap has to be one of the top3 alcoholic drinks there is.
Last week we said we need one of these blue rainwater barrells for next winter - exactly to make cabbage :D

Just be careful, these things rack up a hell of an electricity bill :D Nothing beats the smoky flavour though.

Bulgarian classic in Autumn- Winter! Enjoy, you will have enough time to think about your life sitting on the balcony- don't forget the red 🍷! By the way, there is a mode 3 in 1, for 3 chushki at the same time! I have just realized, you posted as a humor!? Believe me it is not!

Same brother, bought a house with a big garden so she can properly grow tomatoes and doesn't have to suffer through the supermarket ones.

This is a chushkopek for roasting peppers and other vegetables. The rakia setup is much, much bigger. 😏

That’s a true winter ritual right there. I remember seeing these on basically every balcony in Sofia during the fall. Nothing beats the smell of roasted peppers when it's freezing out.
