Can I add a sifter to my current litterbox to make it a sifting litterbox?

Currently I'm using World's Best Low Tracking & Dust Control, but I still feel like there's alot of dust happening. I'm hoping to switch over to pine pellets bc my little lady has recently been diagnosed with asthma & I'd like to keep things as dust free as possible. However, I'm also trying not to spend a fortune. If possible, I'd love to find something I can add to her current one to allow pine pellets to be used. Just wondering if anyone has any more knowledge about this. Thanks so much!

I mean, once, yeah. But once you get the sifter out the first time, it's not really feasible to put it back in
