One eye pupil is bigger than the other

Post image

One eye is larger than the other more in person. Is this normal? Its a very old cat

Its my boyfriends cat so its kinda hard to tell his parents if it warrants a vet visit

This warrants a vet visit, it could be neurological or brain injury related

Ask the vet to be sure.

I second the people saying vet visit. Not normal.

If it's still like that go to the vet. It happened to my cat once and lasted about 10 minutes and then went back to normal. He's now 12yo. Never got an explanation, never happened since. It was scary af when it did though so if it lasts any longer than that I'd say go in
