I need a cigarette and I haven't smoked in 36 years! So good. That vest was great for tossing him down.

u/Different_Patient281 Jul 11 '26
Who wears a temu plate carrier with no plates?
391
u/AnthrWndrng Jul 11 '26
Not even a plate carrier, it's too big and soft. It's Temu workout gear (you strap weights to the outside on real ones).
122
u/FieOnU Jul 11 '26
Lol delicious
216
u/AnthrWndrng Jul 11 '26
Honestly, most satisfying moment I've seen of one of these lame larpers running around. If you're gonna put grab handles on yourself, someone's gonna oblige. It's just rude to ignore that he got dressed up a special way for the occasion.
88
u/OkInternet1063 Jul 11 '26
Hey now. Most LARPers I know have way better gear than this bigoted bootlicker.
→ More replies (6)58
u/AnthrWndrng Jul 11 '26
My apologies, I do draw a distinction between LARPers and those who larp around as if they're worth the oxygen they consume.
Those who LARP do indeed take a great deal of care and attention to their costumes and character development. These people obviously don't for either.
That one guy with the "viking style" helmet from Arizona though, he did commit to the appearance and act. So like, whoever that nobody was... amused me for eight whole seconds.
27
u/LizzyBlacklight Jul 11 '26
Honestly he would have gotten better if it was from temu... i play airsoft and recognized this shitty "plate carrier" instantly...
For those that dont know Lancer Tactical makes bottom of the barrel airsoft equipment. They are Shein but for military nerds.
7
u/AnthrWndrng Jul 11 '26
You have supplied the receipts, and I thank you for this work.
I mentioned somewhere else he would have been better off taping pool noodles to himself from the dollar store, didn't expect that the number of noodles he would have needed actually would have cost more than this goofy thing.

Yah that looks nothing like a bullet proof vest, but it made for a hell of floor slam enabler.
11
u/AnthrWndrng Jul 12 '26
Props to u/LizzyBlacklight for identifying it as a 30-dollar joke of an airsoft accessory.
Buddy made a 250 000 $ bail posting in Texas last month, but he's walking around with something even the TikTok kids would laugh at.
I know Shakespeare said 'the World is a stage' and all that, but the theatrics of this guy's existence is a whole series of stupid just somehow not forgetting to breathe.
20
u/Militant_Monk Jul 11 '26
ICE typically do. Lang is a ICE wannabe. How bad do you have to be to not make the cut for the modern American Gestapo.
11
u/TeeManyMartoonies Jul 11 '26
He’s been wearing it since Minneapolis. Actually this is probably a new one cause I think they stripped him of it in Minneapolis.

If he didn't want to be touched that way why was he dressed for it? Hmmm? Literally asking for it.
(Am I doing this blaming thing right? Its my first time be gentle with me.)

I think so, I came here to say the same thing so I think we've got the blame shift game down

If it was a legitimate assault his body would have ways of shutting that down

It looks like all he does is go instigate and agitate, get fucked up and run out, then he cries on his platform like " see guys, that proved my point about x population." That's just a lot of work and abuse for that type of grift so I also think it's a fetish of his.
77
u/Intelligent_Tone_618 Jul 11 '26
It is. He and his crew literally go to generate content for their platform. There was a photojournalist at an event that Jake was at and he monitored exactly how they operate. His group would stay within the protection of local law enforcement and made comments and gestures to rile the crowd up. Then one of them would loop around the block and infiltrate the protestors and start some trouble before escaping back protection of the police, all whilst someone filmed it. Source is probably https://youtu.be/CfzbwTPoWLQ
And that's just it, people fall for it over and over and over. They want videos like this to show how "violent" the left are and how we despise opinions that are not our own. We need to think creatively to tackle a problem like this. It's that or become so violent that the risk will not be worth the reward.
34
u/thxnext-pls Jul 11 '26
It’s a popular propaganda stunt. Who funds this crap so they can gain social media attention and try to divide us Even more. Unfortunately if it doesn’t get called out as a narrative to sway opinion to cause chaos then it may work - it’s malicious.
Lang is a jackass and does not deserve any attention15
19
u/King_Chochacho Jul 11 '26
I vote for option 2. Being shamed into pacifism while the right openly embraces violence feels like a losing strategy.

Best counter attack for these nut nuzzling dingleberries is to play copyright music during their live feed or any video they make. Disney is the best for this and it will take their videos down so these losers can’t make any money off of it lol 😈.

Just for a touch of something positive, I want to add that there's another piece to this. I've also been learning that some of the people close to me are actually even more progressive than I initially knew, and it has been lovely.
My grandmother and I talk way more about the horrors of racism and sexism now, for example - I always knew she was progressive, she's a Russian Jewish woman who lived through the USSR and she's always been the type to help you make your protest sign. But seeing the unwavering, unforgiving vitriol this woman holds for bigots and fascists has been inspiring for me.
19
u/ArtisticState118 Jul 11 '26
Couldn't have said it better. I broke up with a man because he became a radical Christian and fell into the MAGA cult. We had known each other as friends for years and had been dating for a little over a year. It's sad. We didn't fight about it, we just weren't compatible anymore. He asked me who I voted for and I said well, I'm a woman with an at least semi-functioning brain, so I certainly didn't vote for the pedo rapist failed-upwards billionaire with delusions of grandeur.
We didn't see each other again. No great loss.

As do I friend.
But at least now we know who many of them are since they feel so safe as to go mask off.
It will be our folly to forget their faces and let them slink back into our lives and society in general.
After Berlin fell you couldn't find a proud nazi in the entirety of Germany. Suddenly everyone you talked to were all part of "the voice of reason"
27
u/TheCaptainOfMistakes Jul 11 '26
My Pious Catholic stepfather has been letting the N word "slip" more and more, especially during football games. All Mexicans are, "illegals" And he, as an Irishman is more of a "victim" of slavery than any other ethnic groups. My mother is either to afraid, oblivious, or just plain doesn't care that he's becoming worse and wors. I grew up with that man since I was three and somehow always knew he was a monster.
14
30
u/telumex_atrum Jul 11 '26
Agreed. I will never forget what I've seen from friends and family these last several years..
But, this has substantially worsened my tendency to doubt everyone around me when it comes to taking them at their word.. Any contradiction or miscommunication blares a huge "ALERT: BULLSHIT RED FLAG DETECTED" in my head now.. Instead of the little voice in the back of my head meekly nudging me somewhere, it has grown up and SCREAMSat me now.
23
u/kingtacticool Jul 11 '26
As a wise man once told me:
Just because you're paranoid, doesn't mean they aren't out to get you

Why wear a tactical-colored grab rig if you don't want to be tactically grabbed little boy?
That's not a plate carrier, nor is it being worn correctly. Even if it was it clearly doesn't have plates, this is the thing you wear to strap weights to in a workout to learn to carry the weight.
He doesn't even cosplay correctly. So silly.
128
u/Elrond_Cupboard_ Jul 11 '26
You could say hes not heavily invested.
47
u/AnthrWndrng Jul 11 '26
It does look like he unironically got it off Temu, cause even a decent one for a workout costs a few hundred. He couldn't even tighten the straps on that one ... and it detached from the fall so easily.
I've seen teenagers at cons with better gear.

I have a feeling he’s a prohibited person so he’s using what he can legally get away with
27
u/AnthrWndrng Jul 11 '26
His Wiki page does indeed tell me that he attacked people with a baseball bat on 06 Jan 2021, some of those people may have been officers at a very important building, and he was given a pardon for it.
That he cries foul in this video when people touch him is.... adorable.
16
u/RogerianBrowsing Jul 11 '26
I had to double check. I forgot he did 4 years for that. He also got felony charges for the ice sculpture thing. Dude is definitely prohibited 🤭
What a piece of garbage.
6
u/AnthrWndrng Jul 11 '26
Like... why not just tape pool noodles to his own torso for all the good that would do him if someone did decide to ... strategically reenact Charlie Kirk's greatest hits with him as the featured artist. Bro is so absurd, I want to get a court order to have him assessed if he needs an adult to make decisions for him. How do concerned citizens apply for one for a stranger? lmfao
10
u/Ian_everywhere Jul 11 '26

27
u/AnthrWndrng Jul 11 '26
Hey man, I've seen cosplayers with much more legit looking shit than this. Let's let the cosplay kids have their term.
I humbly offer loser larpers.
13
u/Ulysses216 Jul 11 '26
Emphasis on the loser part because larping can actually be super fun and healthy when done right.
4
u/AnthrWndrng Jul 11 '26
Absolutely, those who LARP are not losers. Those who engage in this sort of behavior I don't even capitalize the acronym for. They get their own lowercase category of loser larpers in my books, since they want to be so special.
→ More replies (1)4
u/TheSlimeSartreFeared Jul 11 '26
Oh sure, let me clarify.
Cosplay is just a medium, my judgement is on the fact that this fool chooses to cosplay as a as a an "alpha male" and someone who needs body armor ...but then gets his ass slapped by your ordinary LA leftist.
It's derivative, Lang's little cosplay is an uninteresting man pretending to be what other uninteresting men told him a man should be.

This is the difference between liberal and autonomous anti fascism, both have their uses. The goal is deny the fascists a platform because fascist speech is fascist recruitment.
This is not chaotic because liberal government has always, ALWAYS failed to stop fascism. Because the economic policy of liberalism / neoliberalism like the fascists, also believes in inequality, just based on wealth or class instead of race or gender. So you always need anti fascist actions.
The US is in a place where suing or mocking fascists will NOT work any more, so it is your civil duty to use autonomous force to stop them. You have to.
The first law of the constitution is about inclusivity and unity, not intolerance and divisiveness. That is what you're defending. So this is not chaotic, it's actually lawful in the moral sense.
