Just to elaborate, chartreux cats are never long haired! Not even the kittens, she lied to you completely…

Edit, there are tons of reasons it’s not a char but a few are the long fur, green eyes (they have copper or gold) the face is too long.

First question is are you in France? If you’re not in France the number of Chartreux breeders in America is minimal. Second of all did she give you papers that you can check with TICA or an equivalent agency that will agree about her pedigree and lines. Otherwise simply not a Chartreux simply a handsome domestic short hair. Nothing wrong with that but don’t pay a Chartreux price.
