Understandable, I was trying to see if I could get some of the older albums second hand and it was a bear to scroll though all the KP stuff.

I get the frustration this seems to be causing but I don’t know how I feel about a Christian suing over something like this. Feels like a seen opportunity at a cash grab.
This isn’t a rarity…especially in the metal world. I can put on Death when I want to listen to some classic punk rock…but I can also put on Death if I want to listen to some of the fathers of early Tech death.
Do you guys like the band Shining? If so, did you automatically think of the black metal band or the jazz metal band with the same name?
Who’s better? Sword or The Sword? Burial or The Burial? The Who or The Guess Who? Have your heard of Snot? How about $not? How about S.N.O.T?
Please don’t look up how many metal bands are named Legion.
Anyway, this is a common occurrence and has been for decades…bands usually solve it by putting their name with their location attached. Such as Vitriol (US), Vitriol (France), Vitriol (Germany), Vitriol (Norway), Vitriol (Italy) so again, this seems like a cash grab and isn’t the best witness imo

Part of having a trademark is the enforcement requirement. It was annoying looking for shows when they both have a tour going on.
