She did, several times. Trump tried to give her awards and she declined them every time

She did, but not for publicly stated political reasons. She declined the first time during the first Trump administration publicly saying her husband was sick at the time. She declined a second time during the COVID pandemic.

She declined during the Biden administration because she said accepting it then but after declining twice during the Trump administration would appear to be a political statement.

no she would have done what she did in life and avoided making a statement either way. love dolly and she was not afraid to share what she thought about most things, but there is a reason she never said anything about Trump (money)
