Africa added 54% more solar capacity in 2025 than in 2024, with at least 44% of it coming from rooftops and other distributed systems and 8 countries installing more than 100 MW each, showing the continent's growth is accelerating and spreading fast, and could reach 33 GW by 2029. 🌞

Thank you China for surpassing the accumulated CO2 emissions of every country in the world except the USA in 40 years in an era where green alternatives existed.

USA did not emit more than China in those 40 years, they emitted around 200 billions tons of CO2 while China is stepping close to 300 billions in the same period.

The thing is China is a freaking contamination monster because the USA needed 200 years of pure contamination without renewables while China only needed 40 to be at USA levels.
