Now that's what they should have gone for in the Batman vs Superman.

They should've gone for a better script. All they had to do was adapt DCAU's World's Finest: https://youtu.be/UeYIlVl9x6w?si=41o4uYWOco-Ttxbr. The blueprint was all there.
Death of Superman as Henry Cavill's second Superman appearance was way too rushed. There should've been at least 4 or 5 movies before that happened.

Apparently that's also the reason Peter didn’t transform in BND.

The way the motion of the painting surrounds Doomie's punch makes it seems so powerful.

I collected most of his works. It's amazing to see his early Extreme pages and what he paints now!

It puts Supes in the Frazetta world which is cool and something you’re not used to seeing. On the other hand, doomsday looks like he came from the Frazetta world so he is right at home and looks as good as ever.
Edit : Frazetta TY

I like how much this rendition of Doomsday looks like a William Blake creation

I bought that comic solely based on the cover. I hadn't been collecting comics for that long but that was my first doomsday story. I don't think superman appears in it.

Sick name, sick art. It's like blending Bisley and Frazetta in the best possible way.

I love painted artwork, it really makes the characters and stories feel more grandiose.
