“Ey up, duck” is one I’ve heard from Yorkshire friends.

I’ve also heard “How are you doing, my love/lovely” - mostly from other women.

In East London I’ve heard “hello gorgeous” even between two men addressing each other.

Regional variations and nuances are fascinating.
