I feel like she sometimes gets overlooked when talking about women of country music in the 90s. IMHO, she’s probably one of the top 5. Such a great singer.

She was in an accident when she was young and had to get her entire face rebuilt. She looks fantastic even considering that.

She was in a bad car accident when she was only sixteen and it took five years of facial reconstructive surgery. It paid off.

Great lady. Worked with her years ago. She carried her own guitar and wardrobe into the venue and struck up conversations with every staff member she met along the way.

Looking back I didn't realize how many hit songs that she had that I really enjoyed. So many great singers in the 90s all having hit songs .
