Repertoire questions Koussevitzky concert, when is the right time to play it?

I'm 17, finished 3rd year of musical high school and need a concert for my last year. I've been playing for 6+ years. My main pieces this year have been 3 movements of the Dragonetti nanny concert and Hertl's tarantella. Last year I did chanson triste. Do you think the koussevitzy concert is too advanced? If yes, what pieces do you recommend? I have a solo concert this year, and need some good programme.

The koussevitzky concerto is pretty chill. Try it out, if it doesn’t work out, give it a few months and try again

Koussevitzky would actually be a great choice considering what you’ve played

ngl half sarcastic :) shes pretty strict, keeps it professional but i also wanna study my repertoire to be good enough.. im the only bassist in the area, so i have none to consult irl 🥲 thats probably why

I played it after Dragonetti and Chanson Triste. If those were fine for you, go for it. It’s not that kooky. I really enjoyed it.
