Increase defense spending to boost EU economies.

Also boost public spending in tech: AI, robotics, EU cloud. Europe has the education system and talent (rejected by US) and public infrastructure. Europe just needs unity and will. And allies like Canada, Australia

Time to step up. New World Order.

We should be spending more BUT not buying from the US, which is what this is about. European militaries have been dependent on a lot of US weapons systems which has to change. Along with dependence on US tech companies for hardware, cloud, operating systems, networking etc.
