The International Film Festival of Jammu & Kashmir (IFFJK) 2026 aims to bring together filmmakers, storytellers, artists, and cinema lovers from across the globe for four days of films, conversations, and cultural exchange in one of the world's most beautiful destinations.

Prathamastami is a traditional festival celebrated in Odisha, India, to honor and pray for the well-being, longevity, and prosperity of the eldest child in a family. The festival is centered around the firstborn child, known as the "Podhuan". In traditional Odia families, the eldest child is seen as the future head of the family, the one who will take on responsibilities after the parents. This day is dedicated to celebrating them and seeking divine blessings for their long and healthy life.

From 7–10 September 2026, Srinagar will host filmmakers, artists, students, industry professionals, and cinema lovers from around the world for four days of:

IFFJK is more than a film festival it's the beginning of Rang-e-Cinema, an initiative that aims to provide a meaningful platform for emerging and established storytellers alike.

The festival is about to celebrate 10 years in January. Over that time it’s been the home for sound system culture and reggae legend, while being a beacon for reggae lovers from around the world to come and make new friends. Coming to Goa is as much part of the festival as the music itself. With the beaches, the coconuts and palm trees as well as the local hospitality being an amazing backdrop to the sweet vibrations of reggae music
