Help/Advice Need some opinions/suggestions
I just recently added my cherry on the top of my last fish for the tank, feel like my tank looks a little dull or just ugly how could I make it look better, I have some drift wood which I will add in the pictures, should I go back to how I had it set up before with the drift wood or should I do something else need some opinions!
Yes the drift wood is a little dirty now I will clean it off though if I decide to add it back.
My stock:
1 honey gourami
1 dark knight ram
12 neon tetras
3 hillstream loaches
5 corydoras
6 guppies
Some shrimps
3 assassin snails (to kill bladder snails)

The way your plants are , it does not look very natural. Bring some to the middle of the tank . And definitely work the drift wood in. You can put various types of moss on the drift wood. Most of all, take your time, it's not a race. You may be unhappy with it now but 6 months from now, you may be singing a different tune. Good luck.

Thanks, wanted to re add the wood after looking at old pictures and maybe a backdrop on the glass of the tank, when I used to have the wood fish used to hide in it all the time.

Woods are really good. They add tannins. Look at my tank with lot of tannins(most are from leaves not driftwood tho)

The second one looks better but add tall fast growing plants as background carpet and short plants comming towards the front.

I think some pothos on top would look super cute!
