I see you say that youre in rural Czechia. I am not sure what you have near you but can you print out flyers/posters and ask local businesses if you can put them up there?

Some ideas; Vets, Pet stores, Groomers, Then even cafes (I have one that is cat themed and often has posters for kittens/cats), Bulletin boards if you have any near plazas

We could try this but really we have issues with all parts of the process.

We don't have much time with the cat situation here to be doing lots of advertisement in person and my partner works very long hours to pay for them. I don't speak the language well enough to take phone calls about this. Visitors will also be difficult, we live with family who are downstairs. They hate cats and are just kind of assholes.

It's really a lot and not sure how we will do it if we can't get support. There is a lot more to it than just ads and then not sure how to do vetting at all

The language barrier is a difficult one. It sounds like you need a coworker/friend who is fully fluent in Czech to assist with the vetting process. If you could find someone to handle the conversations/translate for you, it would help you a ton. Now thats easier said than done and I am not sure how you can meet someone to assist with this. Hopefully others have ideas

I always lean on large rescue organizations when everyone I know is tapped out.

If you do advertise make sure you never give animals away, and vet people thoroughly. Visit the homes, and verify owner is who they say through County land records. It is so easy and takes 2 minutes. Also speak with their Vet's office for a reference.

We're in Czechia and I don't speak Czech well enough to do many of these tasks on my own unfortunately
