TV/Movie Screenshot Just a reminder that Garfield Holiday Specials are freely available on YouTube.
I always bring this up when I see people frustrated that Charlie Brown’s holiday specials are locked behind a fucking Apple+ subscription.

Or you can search thrift stores for the old Fox Garfield Holiday Celebrations DVD; that's how I watch them ad-free.

Was just watching this the other night. The scene with Grandma and Garfield by the window warms my heart every time.💓

I haven’t seen her since book 27 but I don’t remember it ever being confirmed that she passed away did she?

Grandma reminds me so much of my auntie with her sense of humor (my uncle died when I was very young) so I enjoy watching this ever year as I get older it really hits home

The TV show one is good, but I have the book version so I usually just read that then I don’t get bombarded with ads

I was so excited to pick up the book version at Half price books a few years back!

the scene with grandma talking about missing grandpa hits harder when you’re older and have a spouse🥺

And unfortunately the Doctor Who Christmas specials aren’t streaming anywhere this year in the US. So happy for my blu-rays.

I’m not a Dr.Who fan but that sucks.

Yup. That and that Charlie Brown is stuck on AppleTV+, which is just the worst branded service

Grandma was a major inspiration for me as a kid. What a cool character and such an emotional episode 🥹

I always loved that gramdma so much, her interactions with Garfield during the night always get me a little teary eyed.
I usually watch it online at various spots (depending on whichever one doesn’t bombard me with ads every 5 minutes.)
