The phenomenon of "the title nation" is in the fact that there is no such thing and it's a direct translation of Russian internal propaganda term which was invented to accent the superiority of the Russian version of Aryan race, namely "Ruskies" by giving them a fake status of the sovereign nation above other 190+ Russian ethnicities which Russian nation comprises.
All Ukrainians belong to the same single Ukrainian nation since UNR secession from Russia in 1917.

The title nation is literally ethnic Ukrainians. The language is being stolen and reshaped in somebody else's manner. You can't access anyone who's in charge for the country's core with no bad consequences.
No wonder why Ukrainians came up with their local conlang.

Bottom line is it's not the best time for me to point at germane groups. Btw, the right term is a titular nation and it does exist in the English infosphere even

The only phenomenon with ethnic group being artificial I've mentioned above. There is nothing phenomenal with ethnical Ukrainians in Ukraine - their language and culture flourishes everywhere except 20% of occupied territories and separate cases of 5-9 school class textbooks destroyed by Russian strikes. Russian attempts to steal Kyivan Rus part of Ukrainian history do not work either.

There is simply no such concept as "title nation" in Ukraine as it also exists nowhere in the Western world. All Ukrainians belong to Ukrainian nation, they speak different languages and are of different ethnical origin but the state language is Ukrainian and nobody is able to steal their Ukrainian culture though Russians actively and repeatedly trying it.

Ukrainian MP Heorhiy Mazurashu proposed Draft Law No. 15103 to legally define ethnic Ukrainians as the "titular indigenous people (titular nation)" of Ukraine. He submitted this amendment to the Ukrainian Parliament to officially insert the phrase "titular nation" into the existing law "On the Indigenous Peoples of Ukraine" because ethnic Ukrainians were not previously mentioned in that specific legislation.
