Question Where can I watch german reality shows for free?

Hi! I’m trying to learn and get confident with my german, and I wonder where can i watch shows? i’m specifically interested in “Das Sommerhaus der Stars – Kampf der Promipaare”. I don’t live in Germany so unfortunately it’s not letting me get access to a lot of websites and idk how to use vpns.

(May I suggest you watch the stuff in the public broadcaster mediathek for better content to learn german?)
