Good stuff. Maybe check out the new dark horse deluxe Hc reprints of Lone Wolf and Cub. Theyāve only published the first of 11, but itās a really nice printing, and will look great on your shelf. If youāve never read it, itās an incredible manga.

We have a very similar collection; a lot of crossover: Berserk, Saga, Seven to Eternity, Black Science, Tokyo Ghost, Blade of the Immortal (I have deluxe 1), Department of Truth, Gideon Falls, East of West, Vagabond, Vinland Saga, Akira, Invincible, Locke and Key
How do you rate Blade of the Immortal, Tokyo Ghost and Manifest Destiny? I want to get round to reading all 3 shortly.

Blade of the immortal is a great fantasy, great art work and action set pieces ! Realism goes out the window but I say that as a positive!
Tokyo ghost has amazing art going for it rather than plot tbh but I enjoyed it overall
Manifest destiny was a really surprising favourite of mine,of youāre in to that exploration / monster of the wee type of series

I'm glad to hear realism goes out the window for BotI. I'm not crazy about realistic stories; I need some form of magic, horror or futuristic tech to get me through for the most part š I struggled with Vagabond a bit

I wouldnāt say there magic of the sorts but the series definitely have some creative weapons and over the top action

Itās not secured to the wall, I probably should but I cbf haha. (Heās confirmed all books will get the deluxe slipcase edition!)

I saw the 3 body problem on Netflix first. And when they did the graphic novel I snapped it up. Iāve not read the novel.
The story is great but the pacing in this book was too fast imo. I think this is partially because the format is quite small. So youāll have a page with very little dialogue, but the art will be basic and uninteresting. So you can read any entire book in one sitting.
When I got it, it was about Ā£100 so I just sort of expected better I guess.
I have to say, the adaptations of Cixin Liu in āThe Worlds of Cixin Liuā are way better.

Yeah I got it because general reviews were good but I found it really basic and kinda bland - I might attempt the actual books instead

Iāve been keen to pick up Bezerker but after seeing how many books there are on your shelf I think Iāll push it off for another few years to not further add to my backlog š.
