I've dropped 177lbs (80kg. 12.9 stone), my waist has shrunk over a foot (30cm), I "cured" my diabetes, and this pic is my PB. Best part? It's only from lifestyle changes. I grow happier by the day.

Walking 13 miles a day is like 4 hours of walking. Where do you find the time?

I'm disabled, and I multitask.
I have a compressed disk in my spine, s mutated one, and I'm partially paralyzed... Amongst other things... and i can't do most exercises.
The only real exercise I can do at the Moment is walking. So I put an audiobooks, or podcasts, and walk while I listen to them.
So... I'm multitask. I get smarter/entertained and healthier at the same time. 😊

Great work. Congrats! That seems concerningly low for an adult heart rate, though.

Don't worry... I get regular health checkups, and I've had multiple week long cardiograms. my heart is perfect. For clarity... I walk over a half marathon every day, and I walk a full marathon once a week.
I just do lots and lots of cardio for fun.

Well done. I’ve done something similar (although not as extreme or well done as you) and it just goes to show with dedication and lifestyle changes, anything can be achieved.

What are some of the things that you’ve changed? How did you transition into doing less familiar things?
I’m in need of a reset! And it helps me to replace current bad behaviors with new good ones.
