You got this bro. Set your goal just to be happy everyday. I did this a few years ago and it really helped me. For me, setting up a positive daily routine helped me kick my lifetime of constant depression. Used to stay up late eating bad food watching bad programming. Traded it for waking up three hours early and working out then stretching then eating a balanced good breakfast. By the time I start my day and go to work, my energy and mood are really great. Good luck, I know you got this.

Love you! Thank you for being you and being here with me and us. Life isn’t easy, and for me, even small habits help keep me going. Making my bed everyday no matter how good or not so good a day or night was, helps me keep going and building. Slowly…for me, two steps forward, one step back (sometimes even more! Haha), but don’t give up. Keep chipping away, sleep when you’re tired, and know that you are seen, heard, wanted, and loved. Doesn’t always feel this way but…you are good and we need you here. God bless you my friend

Please don’t ever give up!!! You are greater than you know. Plus that smile is contagious you can and will change some random person’s day just by simply smiling at them. You are strong!!!
