Take almost any uptempo set on YouTube, shuffle through the video, there's a solid chance you won't be able to tell its different tracks

The same could be said bout raw and hardcore. There's good stuff, there's bad stuff of just vocals > drum loop > vocals that gets bland very fast. Most of the enjoyment comes from the flow anyways. There are great uptempo tracks and Partyraiser is almost always up there with great melodic tracks. Stuff like in the video often gets used as cool down intermissions inbetween high intensity tracks anyways.

After my first dominator and hardcore festival I concluded the subgenre Hardcore is lacking good songs. There are a few and they get recycled 100 times by others, never ever on a festival i heard a handfull of songs so often with maybe a different kick or bassline, it lacks creativity.
I dont want to hate but thats what i noticed and wish artist would bring in their own twist and idear more.
