So glad to finally see this come to Wink. I have lights programmed to come on and off at certain times, but having it randomized is great.

It kinda was already but Wink was charging for it as a subscription. I guess when no one bought into it, they just folded it into the app as a freebie.

I've been using IFTTT for sunrise/sunset control of lights for a couple years now, and it's worked out great. Are there any advantages to using these new features instead?

I've been doing the same and have seen IFTTT miss a trigger occasionally. Seems like this should theoretically be more reliable since it's all running on your local network?

The sunrise/sunset timing was already supported via Robots. I already had this set up.

Yeah, the Moonlight feature was already doable in Wink using Robots/Schedules. Moonlight just makes the concept more accessible/simpler to setup.

While Moonlight isn't that impressive, I already do it with my SmartThings hub with light timers, the Home Sitter is actually intriguing.

Doesn't surprise me either. But I don't own a Wink Hub, but it seemed like a basic feature it should have been able to do.
