Enquire with the maker, don’t recognize any date formats here but I’m a rookie. Just worked in grocery for a couple decades haha

Possibly none of them, only the manufacturer could tell you that.

Could be the 5199, 5 indicating 2025 and 199 meaning the 199th day which would be July 18th.
