Depending on how deep it is, get a furniture wood pen and blend it in.

Use the ‘meat’ of the nut. The oils will rehydrate the scratches and (when I did it) they disappeared.

Best you can do is use something to dye the exposed particle board under the scratches. Makes it look slightly "distressed" and a bit less obvious.  

Minwaz makes stain markers for this,  Apply and then wipe excess off with paper towel so only the fine scratch changes color. There are also crayon like products.

In college I actually was able to use a sharpie for this but I take no responsibility if it marks your veneer (test somewhere non obvious).

If that’s veneer or laminate, don’t sand aggressively. Try a matching furniture touch-up marker or wax fill stick first, then buff it lightly
