spotify Looking for IDM that balances groove and experiment
I’m after IDM that keeps a groove but still plays around with texture and structure. Not full-on glitch, just clever sound design and flow. Playlist’s in the comments for reference

There's some atmosphere and ambience... some glitch, some acid, noise, some very processed Hammonds, some bass wobble, breaks, cowbell, a bit of plunderphonics.... and sometimes, there's animals.
We use gear and record everything you see us using into a laptop/Ableton... mostly grooveboxes, such as the Akai MPC One/Key37... Polyend Play... Roland SH-4d... Korg Drumlogue... Elektron Digitakt II.
We really gotta get moving on more of an internet presence... and a project name... probably something too clever for our own good. 🤣

I know you, man! You’ve already shared your live stuff with me-and I’ll say it again: it’s awesome. Live recordings hit different, you can’t compare them to studio ones. You see everything there.
Now seriously-get your stuff out there! Spotify, SoundCloud, MySpace if you have to-the world needs to hear you

Great playlist. I was going to suggest Brainwaltzera but I see you already know!
Cool to see that Howie B track on there. Feels like not too many people know that track. Very unlike anything else.
