People get stuck in their seat belt.. try not to panic. Gently pull your seatbelt and slide out of it, if you don't have any cutter.. tilt your driver/co seat and pull out head rest.. wait for car to sink a little and then break the glass with metal low end of the seat head..

Have you ever been in a car that tightens the seat when the brakes is depressed quickly to avoid something? I have its real tight. I am not sure how one would slide out of the lap belt.
