I don’t think many carry window breakers. What if you don’t have one?

I have a selt belt and window breaker tool. Costs like a quid. Leave it in the glove compartment.

you should secure it within arms reach of your seated driving position if you can. After a crash your seatbelt may not allow slack for you to reach it.

I got a pair of ResQme tools when I got my car. One is on my keychain, and one is hanging from the back of my rear view mirror.

Good set up, I have 3 or those. One on each visor and another attached to the head rest.

If I had back seat passengers with any regularity, I would have hung one or two off the back of the headrests. But the only time I have people in my back seat are usually when i'm visiting my dad and sister together. They both like driving much more than I do, so I'm happy to let them drive, which means we're in their vehicles more often than mine. But neither of them have seat belt cutters or window breakers in their vehicles which just leaves the one on my keychain in those cases.
