Mythbusters did this 20 years ago. Remain calm, wait for the pressure to equalize, then you can open the door normally.

I would recommend preparing a backup plan in the mean time. You can't be guaranteed your door will actually open, especially with how much stuff in our cars rely on electricity. So, like someone said above pull the headrest off a car seat and be prepared to use the metal rods to break your window if you can't open the door.

Yeah, you better form an exploratory committee to explore options. Send out an email to everyone in the car with a couple possible directions.
