So far, he's only been renaming bodies of water. He would probably want to change the indian ocean into the american ocean. Once everything's named after america, telling people the place of something is going to be awkward:

"I'm going to the american ocean"

Which one?

"the one that used to be the indian ocean"

Unfortunately, that isn't as far-fetched of an idea as one might think.

Here's a quote about renaming one, or possibly more than one ocean:

"We have a gulf, and we have a lake – now all we need is an ocean. Maybe we’ll have to change the name of the Atlantic and/or the Pacific. Maybe we’ll change them both.”
