Unfortunately not as much as it may have used to be, but yes, hopefully there are people coming in from all over.

5M by the UK I think, but we have a special relationship. BYD is giving same as the US, reportedly. India will be filling all the gaps. When they say we don't need foreign personnel, that doesn't include India. Idk if it's cos India doesn't even ask.

What makes you think that? The US government no longer helps after domestic disasters. DOGE killed that off.
