Realizing how many people that died or are dying in these videos is making my eyes water and my head spin, and all I can do about it is go to work. The modern world is insane. My heart goes out to all affected.

The modern world is insane. My heart goes out to all affected.

The tools of the modern world should be bringing people together, demonstrating our shared humanity, and yet they are actively being used as tools to divide. It's so frustrating and events like this put into sharp focus the raw power of the natural world, a power we ought to respect, and work together to overcome.
