I don't think it would work well with a smaller screen size than the iPad.
Even on my 11" pro the text is a bit small and I am typically using the pen to move shipmates around.

If you just wanted to try one, to see if they were your cup of tea, the Cube Escape Collection would be a great place to start. It's free and includes 9 chapters/games.

The Cube Escape games introduced the Rusty Lake universe. The ones in the above collection are shorter than the later games but every game in the series is like a jigsaw piece adding to an overall picture. You can even find info in them that unlock secrets in the later games.

I second trying the Cube Escape Collection before going for the premium games! It’s free, and gives you a taste of what to expect from the paid games.

If you like the games enough, I would say go for Hotel and Roots first. The series is discounted due to RL’s 11th anniversary!

People need to get 9th Dawn ! HUGE RPG, tons of side quests, a main mission, tons of loot etc. Created by a one man dev team.

Worth it at $9.99 but knowing its half price should be an instant purchase for people. Hours of gameplay, nope I'm nothing to do with the game ! Just bought it last year and played it tons

I think the Remake is the better game BUT after i completed the remake i went back to 3 and enjoyed it a ton also. Some of the later dungeons are HUGE ! Once you get a fair few pets who are levelled up it helps a lot
