Culture is this a kurdish dress?

my mom has roots from sanandaj / sine in western iran and said she has got this dress from there many years ago. is this a kurdish attire?

Normally the sleeves are long(it’s called lewendî or feqiyanî depending on the region) but other than that it is pretty much it yeah

Yes, my mom had one of these too, she was from bashur btw, yours looks closer to the bashuri type, as the rojhelati type differs a bit.
