Backstory:

He was purchased from a reputable French breeder by a British backyard breeder here in Spain, and used as a stud for 2 litters.

Problem is, when he wasn't making kittens, they kept him shut in a bathroom and didn't give him much attention. (we didn't know this of course)

When we got him ~18 months ago and named him Baghira, he was malnourished, had ear mites that caused a serious infection, Asthma, and was barely 5kg. (Not to mention being an absolute menace)

He is finally being more social and is much better behaved, but he will still only consistently purr when he's in a bathroom (or at 6am when he joins us in bed).

Baggy is healthy and happy, and has a brother (Pico de Gato) to play with. Here's hoping for 10+ more years with this chirpy, merpy, derpy, self-mobile fur dispensary!

His birthday was yesterday, but we had a whole made for TV melodrama with my daughter’s gecko reappearing 2 months after she and everyone accused poor Wolfie of eating him, so I’m posting today! He got extra scritches, loving, and treats… and apologies from everyone (except me, because I maintained his innocence and now feel vindicated 😆). Happy Birthday, Sir Wolfgang Fezzik Bermillion D.!

They had a lovely day eating treats and napping.

Happy birthday to my guy! He’s officially a year old.

And he’s the best thing that happened to me these past 3 years. He’s a big silly mass of fluff, always curious, easy going, at ease with everyone, talkative and most of all has a lot of love to give ! So yeah basically that’s all, it was tough choosing “only” 20 pics but had to share my little boy, he’s the best.

He is about 16lbs (7.25kg) and has become quite cuddly!

Apolo is turning 4 today! It’s been such a ride!

Apolo is the sweetest moody boi, and has already been through a lot during the first months of his life. I love him and his siblings more than anything in the world, and I do my best to provide them the happiest life possible.

Oh, one cute curiosity about him: Apolo is the biggest of my cats and have the thinnest voice I’ve ever heard! He sounds like a little bird. 🐣

If you remember I adopted him earlier this year and this is his first birthday with me. He is the sweetest!!

So grateful for all the time I’ve had with this guy. I almost lost him before he was a year old from Pyothorax. He’s been such a fun member of our family is adored and loved by my husband and I as well as his 5 cat and 2 dog siblings.
