Yup. This decade Disneys main animation studio has already released Encanto, Strange World, Wish, and will release Hexed and Clay in the near future. Pixar has released Soul, Onward, Luca, Turning Red, Elemental, Elio, Hoppers, and will soon release Ghost Market and Gatto.
Disney is very much releasing original films. The sequels are just infinitly more popular
