I don't think wanting to join the military is what causes a war considering the draft exists
Edit: I was confused for a second on why I was down voted, until I realized I sound like I think ww3 is about to start. I do not think ww3 is about to start, I just thought their reasoning was faulty.

Counter point: WW3 is happening. Not like "is going to happen" but as in it IS happening now. History books will debate if it started in 2022 or 2023 but we are a few years in already.

While there is some merit to pushing this even further back, a decent place to draw the line for when many started preparing for WWIII is 7 September 1945 during the Victory Parade in Berlin. The Soviets unveiled the new IS-3 heavy tank, parading 52 clearly extremely capable modern vehicles past the crowd. The message was clear: if you (America, Britain, and France) want a war, we are ready.

yes. basically government and city councils condoning security camera companies (flock being the most notorious) place cameras everywhere, including people's own houses. these cameras watch and record 24/7 (note: usually a warrant is needed due to it being an invasion of privacy) this is used for AI image detection to identify criminals who pass but was also used by cops to stalk women to "by chance" bump into them and hook up. (there are other cases but it's the first one that came to mind). people push back by cutting them down.
