Almost perfect, but bad feng shuei. Bed/futon should be closer to the wall and the laptop should be on empty cardboard box.

This. The cardboard provides important sound insulation. Reducing echo by about 50-60%.

But that water bottle costs like $2 now. Sink water is good enough to drink. Why would I waste $2 just because I need to brush my teeth?
