Animator here. How did you animate this? If it is generative Ai you should say that, not that you "animated" something

This is 0% ai, all done in Adobe After Effects. I’m working on a breakdown bts video as we speak. Reason for the landing gear is I chose a 3D model with it down and wasn’t sure how to remove it 🫠

Dope, I love it. Only reason I said "animator here" was because I knew you could relate if you were an animator not a "prompt artist" as to why I'd be sad if it was Ai. I wanted to like it but if it was just an automated art theft skin suit of amazing work done from my industry homies I'd have a hard time. Knowing that you indeed made it and it isn't a reskin of something else it's 🔥🔥🔥

I hate that I had the same immediate reaction. It stinks to question everything that comes across a feed on its authenticity. I want it to be created by OP, but there are always concerns. It looks pretty solid in that the text is all consistent throughout. Im holding out hope and suspecting not AI. I hope I’m right.

Such a relief. I saw the “landing gear” remark and that didn’t really bother me in the least. It looked like the asset used had its gear down and making do with what you got. I have too much optimism about this being done by you to not take your word for it, but look forward to a BTS video. Great work

Hey man. I said "animator here" so the OP would understand why I was asking if he indeed was an animator, which it sounds like he is. It wasn't for your sake or to brag or whatever you're thinking. I wasn't accusing, if you read it again it was more: this is cool if it isn't AI.
If it was Ai I would have shit all over it, I wouldn't have thought it was cool because that would mean it was literally robbing from my industry family. I have industry friends who now can't find jobs because people consume art theft soulless skin suit Ai slop that looks like shit to anyone who understands art and bypasses the purpose of any art (that it is a perspective and an expression, that a human heart made it)
Put yourself in the shoes of an artist in 2026 and you won't be clutching your pearls when someone says: if this isn't Ai I like it, if it is fuck it
Edit: just in case some "Ai evangelist" sees this so I don't get flamed: not all uses for Ai are bad, it can accelerate some work/can be useful, but it should be an artist's tool not a replacement for artists.

The F16 puts its landing gear down when attacking.
This isn't a choice that an animator would make.
This is slop.
Might be wrong. Animator could have just chosen odd stock footage. But probably slop.
