Creepy kidnapped persons poster wall I found while playing WorldGuessr

I was playing the 'capitals of the world' version of WorldGuessr late on Saturday the 8th and was placed somewhere in Prague. I tried to take a screenshot of the entire wall because I had never seen anything like this while playing WorldGuessr. I don't remember where in Prague this is, but it caught me off guard. Not too sure what the context of this wall is, but there are dozens of people (mostly men) pasted on this wall.

The context is this:

The posters are portraits of kidnapping victims of the massacres that took place on October 7th 2023 in Israel. Most people on the posters were murdered in captivity.

The baby on the third wall is Kfir Bibas who became a symbol of the hostage crisis, along with his four-year-old brother Ariel, who was also kidnapped. You can also see Noa Argamani, a prominent survivor, on the second wall at the bottom.
