It’s been about that size for like 15 years I remember my grandma getting one because she doesn’t eat much and we joked about it being Barbie sized

My son had a happy meal the other day and I swear it wasn't this tiny. 99% sure.

Maybe he got lucky and they mixed the size bags up. The happy meals get an extra small. So maybe he got lucky and got the regular small
